BARBERS UNITING COMMUNITIES
Barbers Uniting Communities (BUCS) is a community-driven initiative founded by Tom Barber who is a licensed Master Barber and Educator who uses barbering as a platform for mentorship, workforce development, and positive social impact.
Through outreach, partnerships with group homes and foster care programs, and hands-on training, BUCS empowers underserved youth and communities by building confidence, teaching valuable skills, and creating pathways to personal and professional growth through the art of barbering.
